Loosing Contact Notes in Outlook 2007
Our sales reps enter notes in the contacts section of Outlook 2007 or in their Windows based phones. Both outlook 2007 and the phones sync with an exchange server. Now it appears that our sales reps are loosing all the notes on some accounts in both Outlook 2007 and the Windows phones. This is speradic across our sales force and the notes in the contact don't disapear for all contacts just some. All sales reps are set up the same, and this appears to have started within the last 6 months. Any suggestions?
