Lose busy search capabilities when Exchange databases move
What does it mean by database move? DAG? Cross sites?
You are not able to see free/busy infomation in Outlook Scheduling box, right? How about in OWA? Cann't you see all users' free/busy information, or some specific users like users in another mailbox database/AD site?
What is the error message you receive? Can you run Test Email auto-configuration when the issue occurs?
Let me know your mailbox database server's edition, and your Outlook client version, thanks.

Yes we have DAG up and going and working as designed. So for any given department (in our organization), they will have two databases that are using DAG, 1 that is mounted and active, and another that is not active. Both are located on two different servers,
and when (for whatever reason) the copy becomes active, users within that department lose free/busy search in Outlook 2010. The DAG network is one vlan that is spread between two physical sites, but the replication subnet is not tied to an Active Directory
Site.

Every time an exchange database moves to another mailbox server and the copy becomes active and mounted, we have departments that lose busy search capabilities. We are currently using cached exchange mode and have Outlook 2010 on our clients.
Thanks for any help!
