My Server running SBS 2003 had my user name John deleted. New user John Ackerman was created. John Ackerman can get email, but cannot see Johns contacts or calendar. Johns files My docs, etc are still on the server. Are Johns contacts and calendar still on the server or were they lost when John was deleted as a user? If they are still on the server, where are they how can John Ackerman reclaim them and get them to be his contacts and calendar? Thanks

Hi,His old mailbox will probably still be there.In order to get it back you will need to create a new user without a mailbox, connect John's old mailbox to this new user (can be done from Exchange system manager), export the mailbox to a pst file and then import the pst file into John's new mailbox.After this the temporary user can be deleted again.Leif
