We have one individual that when try to create and set up a Lync Meeting through Outlook, the following error message is displayed: "Please sign in to Microsoft Lync to start working with Lync Meetings. Your administrative privileges also have to be the same as Outlook." However, we confirmed that this end user is connected through Lync with the automatic sign on.

1. Does the problematic user have the same issue before? No never had issue before.
2. Which version of the Lync are your user using? Did the problematic user use Lync 2010 before? 2013 never used Lync 2010 just version 2013
3. Could you try using Meet Now in Lync client to check if you can start a Lync meeting? About how to do it, you can refer to the steps below: Yes Meet Now function works on Lync 2013
Open Lync 2013>click the drop down list beside Options > click Meet Now.
4. Can you try the problematic account on other computers? Yes no issue using another computer able to create Lync meeting within Outlook.
