Hello everybody,
a user has accidentally deleted the conversation history folder from his mailbox.
Recreating Outlook profile now she is able to view it again, but if she try to view "frequent contacts" from her Outlook calendar she doens't has the voice inside "to do" menu...
We have tried to re-install Lync client but anyway the voice doesn't appears in the menu... this with Outlook 2010 and Lync 2013.
Have you any suggestion about his issue ?

Do you mean you are missing any of the option? Since you are using Outlook 2010, the To-Do Bar is a bit different from Outlook 2013.

In Outlook 2010, there is no "People" in the To-Do Bar:
