We have an exchange 2007 server configured on a windows server 2003 system in our domain. We have 2 Mac systems (very new) which were
using the mac mail client and were able to send and receive mail from this. While sending mail from MAC OS, can't send anything with an attachment over about 7MB in size. But can send through OWA from this system, outlook client (Windows os), and Samsung
mobile (android).
Can someone help me for this?

The link Frank posted should get this working for you. The OSX Mail.app and Office 2008 (EWS)/2011 use Exchange Web Services to connect to the server which has different limits from OWA and ActiveSync.
