MAPI Error Problem
We have an Exchange 2003 server running in a Win2003 domain. Most of the clients are Outlook 2003.When we run our backup using Acronis we get the following error:"Cannot create MAPI profile. Possibly, the user does not have a mailbox or Microsoft Exchange MAPI and CDO are probably out of date"The user is "Administrator" who does have a mailbox and the Exchange server and 2003 are current with updates.We need some ideas on where this error is coming from and what we can do about it.

Does the backup work with windows NTbackup? If it works, the issue may cause by acronis backup software, you can contact their CSS for assistance
