Hello, I am trying to globally change the MAPI rich text format policy. In exchange 07 EMC, under recipient Config, mail contact, and then properties of a mail contact there is a setting that says Use MAPI rich text format: I need all my current mail contacts to have that option be 'never'. Is there a way to do this globally, instead of going into each contact and selecting 'never' manually.. thanks in advance for your time
