I am afraid you have to be a little more specific on this. Are you looking for pictures, sounds, videos? Are we talking about Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook or Access.

I agree with Maurice, please clarify what it means by "Media", images? Videos?

If you mean the installation media, please make sure you have purchased it already. Then visit the link below:

http://products.office.com/en-us/get-office-oem-download-page

You can either input the product key to start installing your Office or order a backup copy of Office, follow the steps in the link, it should be easy.
