How do you stop the MMC from throwing this message at startup? Without changing the slider to open more than just this up on the server...

I get that dialog when running EMC on the Exchange server as a domain administrator which is also in the local admins group. I don't want to disable UAC. Should it be prompting a domain admin?

Okay :) When you logs on to a computer, the user is assigned two separate access tokens. One token for routine operations (standard user access token) and second - for elevated (full administrator access token).
