What exactly happens when you reseed? Errors? Does it complete?

U got to do a reseed in this order (u have to suspend the copy, and then do the update):
Suspend-StorageGroupCopy -Identity:<Server\StorageGroupName>
On the passive node!!!!! > Update-StorageGroupCopy -Identity:<Server\StorageGroupName> -deleteExistingfiles
This will delete the exisiting files on the passive node for that storage group, and do a reseed and resume the StorageGroupCopy.
Check the replication after that with get-storagegroupcopystatus.

Hello !
I did the same from cmdlet, after some time the .db file is creating in the passive node but with the different size and logs were not generating and no error is coming in cmdlet screen, but if we see in eventlogs (Application) showing that some logs is
missing from public folder in acticve node, replacing of Logs will complete the reseeding process.
i got to know that before we proceed to Update the storagecopy we must take the full backup of database, we will do this and let you know. Please suggest me how to resolve this issue.

Shahbaz.
