It's probably best if you ramp up the diagnostics logging for the system attendant and actually post the contents of the events here.

Two things stand out from the text you've posted: "Could not find any available Domain Controller" and "Exchange Active Directory Provider failed to obtain DNS records for domain MYDOMAIN.COM" You could have a DNS problem here which is preventing the services from contacting a DC. I'd check your DNS configuration first.

Hi Neil! Many Thanks for the replies! Yeah, you are right! This is DNS issue, i found it out that the DNS dynamic updates was not set to Enabled. To elaborate some work around, below is what i've done:1. Run Netdiag and Dcdiag from SRV1 to DC (All passed)2. Run Netdiag and Dcdiag from MYDOMAIN (Dcdiag failed)3. Remove all the external DNS (ISP) all dns should be internal (i have 2 DC)4. Configure the dynamic updates of your DNS please refer to this article as your guide http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/816592. My client uses WINS before and the DNS was disabled.5. Disabled the checksum offloading in my NICs6.Restart the serverNow i'm starting to configure the mail routing, am sure another challenges lies ahead!Regards,LRM
