MSExchange Web Services Event ID: 22
We've been having some sporadic outlook freeze-ups (outlook 2003) and today several people reported to me, as it was happening to them and the CAS server they were attached had generated 169 Event 22's in a 10 minute window that coincided with the "frozen"
outlook sessions.
1) Has this happened to anyone else here
2) What is this event? The entry is referecing a computer that doesn't exist in our site.:
An exception occurred while trying to read events for subscription [GQBmaGFtaWlubXMwNC5hbWVyaXN1cmUuaW50EAAAABMadAHw+NNPi2WAAi6WqHvADkfLTKvOCA==] against endpoint [http://fhamitevm01:8877/NotificationClientWcf/Notification/]: Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Directory.SystemConfiguration.OverBudgetException:

Not yet resolved, though I did find out the non-existant server is really an existant server manged by another group and I eiter typoed the name when I tried to ping it or it was down. Anyway I like to post here before calling support. Obviously
I've run into a unique issue and will be calling support should it happen again, in the meantime we are calling support for the product on the remote server to see if they have any insite.

Hi,
Please check to see if the Exchange RPC service on the CAS server is starting up. and also check all other Excange services. Make sure the startup type matches the status.
If the issue continues, you might need to create a ticket to Microsoft CSS so assistance so that the problem can be resolved efficiently. To obtain the phone numbers for the specific technology request, please refer to:
