DB contains 250 records, MSPub 13 prints the 1st 27 and then only blank pages after that.

Check to see whether the issue is occurred in all files or only this file. If the issue occurs to only this file, then create a new file and copy paste the content from the old one into the new one to check the issue.

If the issue occurs in all the files, then start Publisher in safe mode to check the issue.
