Hi, First please patch the latest update for Exchange Server 2003. Then please run ExBPA to have a health Scan and then post the error information here for further troubleshooting.Besides, please try to disable the following features and then check the issue again. 1. Disable NIC Teaming if it is present.2. Disable Symantec Mail Security for Exchange to see if it eliminates the issue. If Sybari Antigen is present, switch it to ESE mode to see if that eliminates the problem. If you have other AV installed, then please disable.3. Turn off Online Maintenance and see for a week if the store termination issue is resolved. Regards, Xiu

Hi, Thanks for your reply. We have updated our exchange with the latest updates. I will try your recommendations. In addition we have created pst's for very large mailboxes, backed up the information store and are running an offline defraq after which we will restore it on the exchange server.
