Hiya, See http://www.partneredps.com/, in particular http://www.partneredps.com/engagement_materials.asp for Microsoft Partner information and document templates for customer engagements around Exchange. It won't teach you how to write a proper proposal, response to tender or similar but it will give you some good documents to give you an idea of what you might want to cover with a customer. You may also find templates at JISC Infonet useful for Project Management guidance (it's not Prince2, but it's better than nowt), and for Exchange planning in particular I'd also suggest checking out the Exchange Server 2010 Infrastructure Planning and Design Guide. Regarding the request for pre-prepared proposals.. I don't think anyone will send you their own templates. Not only may it belong to the company they work for, it is IP they have worked on and probably will not want to share with just anybody. Secondly (and to be blunt), if you are struggling at this stage, it may be worth re-evaulating whether you are ready to take on the project.
