I have seen roughly the same question asked several times now, but the general replies have included questionable inquiries. If a problem is listed as MS OFFICE with Window 8, we need not ask what OS is running, no?

So, symptoms include: QINDOWS 8, any/all MS Office docs that one needs to open getting an error that suggests it is corrupt, encrypted or on a device not responding. Let me make this simple. I do not encrypt; I store on  C:, and in about 2 hrs everything will be fixed automagically, once cache is relieved. Tried storing jpegs to cloud which oddly resulted in multiple copies of the same file being stored locally  file  file(2) file (3) file(4) file(5... file (5000)

 I really do not want to reinstall OS or MS Office since so many posts have indicated that those actions provide less than 24 hrs worth of repair. Please consider this a real issue and assign a number to it.

I am not very clear about the issue. If you meant that the Office files cannot opened, then try to repair Office to check the issue.

And as for store jepgs to cloud, how about store other items such as files or any other thing else?
