MS Outlook (home) and Exchange 2007
MS Outlook (home) and Exchange 2007 Hi, Bill is new administrator of MS Exchange Server 2007 in his Company EC. General Manager (GM) asks to configure his email in MS Outlook 2007. Exchange administrator already has done the request within a few minutes and (GM) can send/receive emails Inside Company and outside. (GM) called the administrator from home and informed him that he is not able to send/receive any email while his laptop is connected to high speed internet. Next day, Exchange administrator tried his best to configure MS Outlook over HTTP. But the connectivity to email server always disconnected in (Microsoft Exchange Connection Status) on GM laptop. How you can assist the administrator find the problem and best solution? Additional information: FQDN of company is (domain.ec.com) Exchange is (email. ec.com) Internet domain (ec.com) is owned by someone else. RPC over HTTP already installed and enabled on MS Exchange Server Outlook Anywhere is enabled OWA is working fine Thank you
