MS Outlook 2007 Autoreply more than once?
Dear all I have a customer who has a mix of outlook clients 2003 / 2007 and a backen exchange 2003 std sp2 server (running on sbs 2003). When the user puts the OOF on it only does "autoreply only once to each sender" however the user has a scenario were a user may put the OOF on for a few weeks / or a month and the sender may forget they received a OOF or delete so they unable to reference the OOF, i.e. the date the user will be back in the office. I understand that this may be an exchange feature by design to prevent loops with NDRs and problems with spam e-mail, I anyone please offer more advise / information on this topic or point me to the right direction were I may find more information.

The user can log in, clear the out-of-office checkbox, then check it again and the everyone will be notified once again when they send a message to the mailbox. Actually, there's an even better reason than you suggest, and that is the alternative is an Inbox Assistant rule, and such rules can lead to nasty disk-space-and-resource-exhausting mail loops.Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems."
