The user has a DEll M4700 laptop with MS professional plus 2010 and MS project 2010 standard , the computer has 16gb of memory and we have uninstalled and reinstalled office and project , reinstall it and apply all the updates. The user report

MS Project sometimes it goes blank or shows the Gantt char area; but not the
tasks areas, then I have to reboot it.

he says the program will freeze often and I running out of ideas , on some forums I read it could be a bug? this person uses the program every day as he is a project manager and at times it's interfering with his work . any help or suggestions would be appreciated

In most cases this scenario happens if some add-ins or 3rd-party programs confliction, especially Anti-virus programs. I recommand that you may let the user disable the security programs and perform a clean startup to determine whether background programs are interfering with Office Projuct.
