Macro for Excel 2010

I have an excel sheet with different columns like application names , IDs,Names of the persons responsible for that application .

I have around 20-30 applications .Each Application has some data of servers and associated software and operating systems running on those servers  and this data is there in another excel sheet.

The linkage between both the excel sheets is by the application name and ID field .

My requirement : I need to send E-mails using Outlook 2010 to 20 of these application managers (The Application Manager might be common for many applications) for each individual application and also inform them about the server landscape and other relevant information related to that application which is mentioned in the other excel sheet as mentioned above.

How can i achieve this with the help of a macro in excel or any other way, appreciate help on this.
