I have created a public folder in Exchange 2003 and want to mail-enable it. In Exchange System Manager, I right click on the public folder, but do not see the option All Tasks. How do I fix this?

You cannot do this when looking in the Public Folder Database in ESM. you must use the Folders tree in ESM
