These errors can have many causes. This is a system crash. If you enabled the minidump, you can analyseit using the debugging tools of Windows 2003. http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb204861.aspx, http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315263 or http://www.networkworld.com/news/2005/041105-windows-crash.html?page=2 Following these procedures will give you an idea of which module was causing the system crash. Keep in mind that the cause will not always be visible in this minidump. In that case a full memory dump may be needed. To analyse these, several symbol sets may be needed which are not publically available. Then you need to raise an incident at Microsoft support. Cheers, Mark
