Mail Deleted From Shared Mailbox Goes To Wrong Deleted Items Folder
Our company uses Exchange 2007 and Office 2007. We have a user (A) who has full access to another user's mailbox (B). When e-mails are dragged across to the shared mailbox Deleted Items folder (B), sometimes they appear there and other times they end up in the local account Deleted Items folder (A). It is my understanding that by default, items deleted from (B) should all end up in the local Deleted Items (A) folder. I am aware of the registry edit (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/202517), but it has made no difference. Sometimes it works, other times it doesn't. I can't seem to find any other solution to this issue, other than the registry edit. Any other suggestions?

Hi, From your description, user A may add an additional mailbox in his own profile. And I would like to suggest user A create a separate profile for shared mailbox (user B) and check whether the issue reproduces.
