Mail Forward
We have a mailbox that is used for corporate events to invite people. We want to prevent the email from that account to be forwarded to others.

You can accomplish this with a Hub Transport rule.
From People (the account in question) > Delete the Message > Any Exceptions you might have > done!

Unless you are using RMS to prohibit message forwarding, the simplest way to to intercept the message using a transport rule as Jesper Mentioned.James Chong MCITP | EA | EMA; MCSE | M+, S+ Security+, Project+, ITIL msexchangetips.blogspot.com
