I am looking for a solution to transfer emails from mac entourage 2008 to windows outlook 2010. From the export option in entourage I have created a compressed back-up file but I dont know how to import this file in windows outlook 2010. I have also tried the import option outlook but it doesn't seem to work. I will be really helpful if anyone could guide me to the right solution. Thanks for help.

Please try the MVPs answer, either export the data from Mac Entourage 2008 to CSV format and import or use a conversion utility. See:
