Hi, We have two Exchange servers where one is located at USA and other is Singapore. Generally we have1 connection between these two sites.We have observed that pending mail are bounce back after 48 hours. Can you please advice us.

Hi Rakesh, Exchange hasdefault setting of mail expiration after 48 hours if it is retrying in queues. What is the NDR received for bounced mail? Further information required to find out the cause.

Hi Rakesh, As Amit mentioned above, the default Message expiration timeout is 2 days. You can modified this setting at SMTP virtual server propertiesDelivery. We do need further more information to troubleshoot this issue. Please help collecting the following information. 1. Whats NDR (Non Delivery Report) showed? 2. Whats the topology of Exchange.
