Hello Yan, 1. Since you are using Exchange 2003 SP2 Standard Edition, you can increase database size to 75 GB. Either you need to create a Mailbox Store System Policy to set Limits or configure limits on mailbox store by specifying setting in Limits tab of Mailbox Store Properties. 3.
