Mail contact to mailbox user
I have a problem while replacing the mail contacts with mailbox accounts. Because they have same email address, when user use Outlook to send email to the email address, error about non-existing users returned. Later found out that email is addressed using
the deleted mail contacts.
Need to manually delete the cached record and resend.
Any better way?

Waiot for some time to repliacte SMTP address removed if you have deleted mail contact already. Is still you have issue then delete mail contact thru ADSI edit.

What is the detail distribution of the error, could you paste it in your next post?
2.
Can you access the new mailbox via OWA?
3.
Is there any error in your event log?
