Hi experts, We are facing lots of issue regarding sending mail to (AOL.COM), we have already creates PTR records for our all smtp server, below mention is the error while I am sending to aol.com connection dropped due to smtp protocol event sink

i create the connector for aol.com without using smathost, but still it gives me same error

Not Sure, why. Any ways. Can you check with your ISP if reverse DNS is already in place.AOL will not accept emails from domains without reverse PTR records.Make sure that reverse PTR records are for the IP which is responsible for sending emails (any FW or any smart host). Raj
