I am trying to make sure emails from my company, to one specific domain, go out as rich text format. I was looking at this article. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb125174.aspxbut it looks like you can only uncheck rich text. Is there another spot to make sure the email doesn't go out in HTML format? I cannot make this change in outlook b/c of how this one specific process works. Thanks for the help.
