Mail rejected by Windows Live Hotmail for policy reasons.
We are web hosting providers. Everything was working okey, but a few days ago, Hotmail don't allow anymore emails sent through our mailserver to hotmail.com accounts. Gmail.com and Yahoo.com is working fine, as any other email accounts. We dont allow spam. We have SPF records. We are not on any blacklist. We manage our own servers. We only have access to our IP addresses. We filled all the online forms of hotmail but we only get automated responses that we are good with all them, and no solution. So, when any of our web hosting customer's email accounts try to send email to any hotmail.com account, an email comes back with the following error: SMTP error from remote mail server after MAIL FROM:<xxxxxxxxx@xxxxx.com> SIZE=1843: host mx1.hotmail.com [65.55.37.72]: 550 SC-001 Mail rejected by Windows Live Hotmail for policy reasons. Reasons for rejection may be related to content with spam-like characteristics or IP/domain reputation problems. If you are not an email/network admin please contact your E-mail/Internet Service Provider for help. Email/network admins, please visit http://postmaster.live.com for email delivery information and support Can you help us please? Thanks
