Mailbox Creation
Hello everybody, I need a little help with a really strange issue. I have a Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprise Cluster, Running Exchange Server 2003 Enterprise with SP2. It was working perfectly fine, until a few weeks ago. Now when I create a new user mailbox, I receive the error 9562 and 1022 when I try to login.
I know that mailboxes are not shown on system manager until the receive a message or the user sign in, but for sure I can say that mailboxes on my Exchange server are not beeing created.
Reading on the internet I found an article with a workaround which indicates that I should restart the System Attendant, it actually work. But it also said that this issue was solved in SP1. The problem is that my server is running SP2.
I ran ERROR.EXE tool and the error I get is ecError-MAPI_E_CALL_FAILED.
What could be happening? Does anyone has an Idea?
Please help I have to migrate 1500 user to this server.
Regards,
Pablo.

Leif: thanks but the RUS is stamping the user.
Any other Ideas?

I applied the hotfix put the problem doesn't go away. Now when I try to logon it doesn't even show errors on the Event viewer, before it did show an error when you tried to logon.
I can confirm that the RUS stamped the user, because the mail addres was added.
My Exchange is a Cluster, does it has anything to do with it?
Is there something else I should do?
Regards,
Pablo.
