Mailbox Import form PST Exchange 2013

Hello everyone,

I'm in the process of migration of a Exchange 2003 to 2013.
To export the Mailbox from Exchange 2003 I used the Exmerge tool that running smoothly.

The problem now is the Exchange2013 import operation.
After made the necessary requirements, by the attributes the Mailbox Import Export Role, when you run the New-MailboxImportRequest command, I get a Queued in status and stays for hours.
This occurs for one Mailbox or more.

Exchange 2013 is updated with the CU8.

Any idea?

Based on your description, I would suggest you use get-mailboxexportrequest command to check if there exists any export request. If exists, I recommend you to use remove-mailboxexportrequest to remove it by executing following commands :

Get-MailboxExportRequest | where {$_.status -eq "Completed"} | Remove-MailboxExportRequest

Get-MailboxExportRequest | where {$_.status -eq "Failed"} | Remove-MailboxExportRequest

You can also try to resolve of this issue by rebooting your server or by trying to upgrade your Rollup for Exchange Server.
