I have setup a Mailbox policy to delete messages over 365 days with journaling enabled. The issue I am expearencing is when the policy is run every message in the selected mailbox gets journaled rather than the messages over 365 days. Due to the volume of mail we would have to run the policy on small groups of users at a time to ensure we don't run out of disk space and we reduce the time taken for the Archive to process the messages from the Journal Mailbox.We have journalling enabled normally but we are going through the process of setting up an Email archive solution and I am using the policy to reduce the size of user mailboxes and to ensure we capture message not captured prior to journaling being set up.We are using Exchange 2007 Standard SP2. I think I all ready know the answer but you never know.Is there any way to resolve this?ThanksSteve

Could you post the output of get-ManagedContentSettings for the managed folders here?
