Mailbox Retention Policy - Exchange 2010 SP2
This used to work fine and not sure why it stopped working. I recall on the bottom bar of Outlook 2010 I would see details of the retention jobs and now I don't see them.
I see loads of errors for all the mailbox users
Cmdlet failed. Cmdlet Set-Mailbox, parameters {RetentionPolicy=CLEANUP MBX Policy, Identity=dom.local/DOM/Users/Bill Getus}.
Not sure where to start ...been reading around and when I run the following against my mailbox it works
Start-ManagedFolderAssistant -Identity "mymailboxaccount"

How about you try the command "Set-Mailbox" in your EMS? Is there any error?

I run the following and notice the Policy is applied but
doesnt seem to be working and I don't see any errors in Application log?
Get-Mailbox user Name | FL *policy*
