Mailbox Rights
I have a issue that seems to have occured with no changes being made on the server. When creating a mailbox from the Master Console by right clicking on a previous AD mailbox and selecting copy, it used to bring over all the Mailbox Rights with it. This allowed me to select similar employees that have similar network drives so that there is less setup. It also allowed me to not have to manually set all the mailbox rights that are the same for each user (etc.. Domain Admins, Backup Exec, Admins etc..).. Well for the last few days every time I followed process that I always follow, the only Mailbox right that comes up is Self. NOTHING ELSE. Does anyone have any ideas? I am affriad that if I go to the parent folder and make any changes in it, thatALL the existing mailboxes that are setup correctly will then be changed.
I guess the inheritance options do not seem to be working, but they look to be enabled..Please help and tell me I am missing something simple. Thanks!

The inherited rights are not applied until the user logs on to the mailbox or the mailbox receives a message. Once one of the two occur Exchange will determine what inherited rights are necessary and apply them to the mailbox.
Try logging on to one of the new mailboxes through OWA or a MAPI client and check the permissions. If that doesn't do it let me know and we'll keep working this.
