Mailbox Rights - Can you view other folders other than the Inbox?
I have given mailbox rights to particular users for auditing purposes. They need to view other folders besides just the Inbox; such as the sent items and/or deleted items folders. Is this possible? If so, how? Thanks in advance!

You need to give MAPI level folder permission to give access on certain folders of a mailbox instead of full mailbox rights on AD object. Give Folder visible or higher permission to the user on the root of mailbox "Mailbox <Target Mailbox Display Name>" and the folders like sent items, deleted items etc... which you want to allow user to access. Minimum permissions necessary to access mailbox data http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2006/01/25/418099.aspx Amit Tank | MVP - Exchange | MCITP:EMA MCSA:M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com
