From the error message it sounds like the server you are trying to uninstall is part of DAG.
Follow the link for instructions to remove the server from DAG.

Hi,
You can only remove the server only after removing it from DAG. Once its done don't forget to remove the DatabaseCopy from the Database.

Agree with Gulab and Murhty, You must remove server from DAG firt then can un-instal it. YOu can find below article which will give you right insight to remove a DAG member.

If you starting adsiedit in windows server 2008 than by default you won't have it. Right click on adsiedit and Connect To,,,There would be 3 drop downs and one of them would be Default Naming Context...Click on the drop down and select Configuration.
Remember, that you can remove DAG from Adsiedit, did you remove the server from the DAG?Gulab | MCITP: Exchange 2010-2007 | Skype: Gulab.Mallah | Blog: www.ExchangeRanger.Blogspot.com

I am sorry, but reading this thread, I feel I have to say somehing...
Giving the advice to somebody that apparently doesn't know what he is doing right now, to delete databases using ADSIEdit was not the best recommendation I have read.
My points:
'Remove-DatabaseAvailabilityGroupServer' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet
Tells us that Kheirallah does not have the right permission to perform this action, cause the cmdlet do exists
kheirallah Wrote: What do you mean by EMC !!! and how to use it !!! ( kheirallah wrote: am not able to remove the mailbox :( (Where did this come from?)
can you please advice!!! what do you mean by Configuration
I hope none of you gets offended by my post! I have only good intentions with it.
My point is that one should not poke with ADSIEdit lightly. Only when it´s really really necessary, which I do not think it is in this case.
@kheirallah
You should give us some more information about your Exchange Environement and also tell us the
reason why you you
started the uninstallation?
Did you install it in the first place?

I think you didn't read that "that you can remove DAG and Database from Adsiedit, did you remove the server from the
DAG?"
I know it's not best practice to delete DAG in adsiedit that's why i said You can....
And YES I know what i am doing.... I have done it several time in past it never caused any issue....
When you talk about the recommendation, than i would say I know the recommendation.... Gulab | MCITP: Exchange 2010-2007 | Skype: Gulab.Mallah | Blog: www.ExchangeRanger.Blogspot.com

Hi,
Thanks for the update.
If you don;t see the database in Adsiedit but you see it in EMC that meas it's not there in AD.
But there is one more place we can check it. GO To...Active Directory Sites and Services...>View Manu Bar...Click on Services Node...(Here you will see the same thing what you saw in Adsiedit. Check if you see the Database.
One question: You don't see any database at all in Adsiedit? Not even Public Folder Database? Gulab | MCITP: Exchange 2010-2007 | Skype: Gulab.Mallah | Blog: www.ExchangeRanger.Blogspot.com

I didn´t mean to offend you kheirallah or Gulab. I ment well with my post (even thou I can understand it did not come out that way)
Kheirallay,
Please make sure that you are a member of the group "Organization Management" or any equivalent custom role group, or an equivalent management role. If you are not, you will not be able to administer DAGs,Databases etc. You will not even see them in Exchange
Management Console (EMC) or run the cmdlets in Exchange Management Shell (EMS)
Reference: High Availability Permissions
The term 'Remove-DatabaseAvailabilityGroupServer' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet
This can mean two things. Either you don´t have the right permission as specificed above, or you ran the command in Power Shell and not in EMS.
To check for mailboxes on the server run both commands:
get-mailbox -server SERVERNAME
get-mailbox -Arbitration
Check for mailboxdatabases in the DAG:
Get-MailboxDatabaseCopyStatus -Server SERVERNAME
Check for DAG Status
Get-DatabaseAvailabilityGroup -status | fl

I had this same issue. My resolution was that I found the Cluster Service on the Windows server that was to have Exchange 2010 uninstalled was set to Automatic instead of Disabled from the DAG remove option. Once I set it to Disabled and Stopped my uninstall
went fine.
Hope this helps someone.
