Hi Team,

I have a issue, in my office User A mailbox is full, so I do outlook archieve,

but after archieve email size is still full, when I checked at folder size. outbox item is grow large

 I already create new profile but, the issue still same. My Exchange is 2013 CU6.

is there any solution, or is there a method to delete all outbox via powershell command ?

Hi 

Generally, Outlook Outbox does not keep emails unless there is some issue on that mailbox (Quota Exceeded,Mailbox issue,Outlook Profile issue etc..,)
However You can use the below command
Get-mailbox -Identity UserA | get-mailboxfolderstatistics -folderscope outbox  -DeleteContent -force
