Mailbox below Quota warning but receiving warning messages
My VPs keep getting messages of invalid quota warnings. Today he got a warning for 1962MB Exchange 2007 SP2 Ent Console shows Mailbox TotalItemSize : 1094MB Mailbox TotalDeletedItemSize :912MB StorageLimitStatus : BelowLimit Mailbox Store IssueWarningQuota : 1945MB Mailbox Store DeletedItemRetention : 14.00:00:00 Is the quota TotalItemSize+TotalDeletedItemSize? If so why? I'm I missing anything else that could effect the total size? Thank you,

Hi,Total Item size definitely Inclusive of Total DeletedItem Size. When Storage limit Status: Belowlimits. It should not send warning message. Earlier every had modified the mailbox size of the VP ?If possible try to move the mailbox to the different server or restart information Store service. Regards,Krishnahttp://smtpport25.wordpress.com

Inclusive so you are saying TotalItemSize includes TotalDeleteItemSize? I don't believe anything was changed before we were notified. We don't have a second mailbox server but the Information Store has been cycled several times sense the first occurrence.
