hi guys,

recently I finished Exchange 2013 installation and i want to do migration from exchange 2010 sp3 to exchange 2013.

first off all when i want to migrate one of the test mailbox from 2010 database to 2013 database this error has appeared:

 Cannot open mailbox /o=First Organization/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)/cn=Configuration/cn=Servers/cn=EXC2013/cn=Microsoft System Attendant.

after that i open the adsiedit and look at this path in my organization but i couldn't find my exchange 2013 server.

guys everything is working so good, i mean i can send an receive internal and external mail but mailbox migration doesn't work.

what can i do?

Looks like the arbitration mailboxes become unavailable in your organization.

Please locate the following path in ADSIEdit and check if you can find your Exchange 2013 server.

CN=Configuration

CN=Services

CN=Microsoft Exchange

CN=EXCHANGE_ORG

CN=Administrative Groups

CN=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)

CN=Servers

Please check the setup log and make sure your Exchange 2013 server has been installed successfully.

Besides,  please use the Get-Mailbox -Arbitration to check result.

i checked all of this items iin my organization.

the installation was successfully but unfortunately i couldnt see my exchnage 2013 server in adsi edit :(

i can create the mailbox on exchange 2013 mailbox database and i can sent both internally and externally mails from the created user in exchange 2013 but there isnt any server as exchange 2013 in adsi edit.

the other thing should i say about this problem is my older exchange 2010 has a replication error with the other domain controllers in our organization with 8606 replication error.

I try to resolve all of them, some of them has resolved but just exchnage 2010 reject all of the replication requests.

this is a weird problem 

any other guide?

You can't see Exchange 2013 server in ADSIEdit on all DCs, is it right?

Please check if there is replication issues between DCs.  If possible, please force replication between DCs to check result.

If this doesn't work, we will have to do a fresh installation.
