Exchange 2007 Enterprise 64 bit on Windows 2003 R2 Standard 64 bit server Getting this error when I try to access my mailbox remotely. A problem occurred while trying to use your mailbox. Please contact technical support for your organization I have several mailbox accounts that work with OWA and have no problems. Only one mailbox I am unable to open, Using Outlook 2007 client on that mailbox it works fine. ANy ideas or suggestionsThomas R Grassi Jr

I don't know if it's going to be this, but I've seen this problem with mailboxes where some items are corrupt. In my experience OWA seems to care more about this than Outlook. It might help to create a temporary mailbox db, and see if it will let you move the affected mailbox to it (and then move it back again). I'd try eseutil /g , but you need to dismount the db to run eseutil. Moving the mailbox would not require that. Unless dismounting the store is not going to present a problem for you?Mobile OWA For Smartphone www.leederbyshire.com email a@t leederbyshire d.0.t c.0.m

Sounds good I was looking at eseutil and /g is correct. Will do this off hours and see what shows up. That mailbox gets many emails daily all system messages goes to that inbox. Be good to check the entire database anyhow. Will post results.Thomas R Grassi Jr
