Hi Group,I want to setup a mailbox size restriction; I've seen how to do that. But, I also want to exclude a few mailboxes from the policy. I thought I saw how to do that. At the user mailbox level there is a tab where you can say to override the higher level policy but this did not work. I just have a handful of accounts that are not monitored and I don't want the "Mailbox is full" message to go to anyone who sends to it. How can I achieve this the simplest way?Thanks.

Hey, Exchange 2003: User Properties > Exchange General > Storage Limits > Untick "Use Mailbox Store Defaults". Exchange 2007:Mailbox User Properties > Mailbox Settings Tab > Storage Quotas >Untick "Use Mailbox Store Defaults". But make sure that you have mailbox manager settings or messaging record management policy applied on the mailbox to clean up mailbox automatically if you required.
