I am trying to change an option on the mailbox store (server_name) properties general tab but everything is grayed out. I gave an account full access to the mailbox store and logged in as that userand its still grayed out. I removed my old exchange 5.5 machine and applied all the OS and Exchange 2003 patches and changed my mode to native and the options are still grayed out. Do I need to be in a special mode to make changes to this tab? I even tried dismounting the store and that didn't make any diffrence.
