We have a few users who are both account operators and exchange admins. When creating a new account in ADUC, they have the option of creating an exchange mailbox, selecting an alias, aserver, but the mailbox store dropdown is empty. Any ideas? EDIT: this is for exchange 2003 / AD2003

Nm solved. Someone had removed roles. Added them back in delegation wizard.
