Hello,
This does sound like a bug related to the amount of items that are in the mailbox.
There is something that addresses this issue in RU8 for SP1. I wouldnt waste any time and install straight away directly the SP2 for E2k7 just to be safe.
Also if after this it is still no go , I would try to move the mailbox to another store ( eliminate any possible corruption on the mailbox) and try again once the mailbox is on a new store.
Hope it helps,
Mihai

Hi,
Have u tried it by moving the mbx into some other mbx db and then exporting the mbx as suggested by "Mihai".
I would try to move the mailbox to another store ( eliminate any possible corruption on the mailbox) and try again once the mailbox is on a new store.

Hi,
I tried and has reduced the number of badmails but finally it is not downloading complete mailbox.
is there any other way to download entire mailbox with badmails and whatever in it.

Hi,
If there are bad items then u can try -BadItemLimit parameter in the command. e.g.
export-mailbox Identity<> Pstfolderpath - BadItemLimit 100
The BadItemLimit parameter specifies the number of corrupted items in a mailbox to skip before the export operation fails.

hi,
is there any default limit for bab mail items,
i mean assum if iam moving mails and badmail count reaches to some XXX then server terminates the mail moving action.

Hi,
This BadItemLimit is an int value, so doesnt have Unlimited value, though it can go well over 999999999, which u can test by moving a test mailbox using EMC and putting this value in "skip the corrupt messages" section. I have tested it and the max limit for BadItemLimit is between 99,99,999,99 and 99,99,999,999.
Hope this helps.
