Mails Deleting Automaticaly in Exchange 2007 SP1
Hi,
We have exchange 2007 SP1. Mailbox role running on CCR and Hub transport & Client access server running on single server. From past one week we have facing one problem users mail automatically deleting. That mail went to recover deleted item repository.
This started with one user now almost 6 to 8 users facing this problem. Same user not facing this issue again. Can some one help me on this problem? This now most critical for me.
Thanks
Mahesh

Have you checked to see if this could be caused by either Activesync or corrupt Outlook rules?Jesper Bernle | Blog: http://xchangeserver.wordpress.com

Hi Jesper,
There are no rules in outlook and we are not using active sync as we have bes 4.1 for mobility. Now also same issue is happening to one of our ED. We are also not using pop3 accounts.
Thanks

Are the users that experienced the issue BES enabled users?
Just wondering if there is something configured on those devices causing this?Troy Werelius

But all the users facing this issue are BES enabled?
If yes were there any updates made the BES or the BES Devices recently, i.e. firmware, software changes etc? Troy Werelius

Hi Mahesh,
If possible, please upgrade to Exchange 2007 SP2 or SP3 directly. Try to use Mailbox Access Auditing.
