Mails Stuck in Queue Folder
I am using Server 2003 R2 Standard Edition. Exchange 2003 standard edition is working. Two mails are stucked in the Queue folder of Exchange server, I have tried to remove them but failed to do so. It shows me error "Cannot delete, It is being used by other person or program". Ninja Email security and Trend Micro Client/Server Security Agent is installed on server. Both the mails have same size and same source address. These mails has been there for some time now. Can anyone help me?

Hi,
It could be both Email is being lock by your antivirus engine due to some suspecious content.
You can stop services of AV and then try to delete both emails in Queue.Anil

Check whether your Exchange is able to resolve the name of the domain and able to make SMTP sessions with the mentioned domain. Use "telnet domainname 25" from command prompt it should give u a blank screen which will let you type SMTP commands. If not able to make SMTP sessions check your DNS settings & try again.

Hi,
I agree with Anil, please disable the third party antivirus software and test the issue again. Meanwhile, please note you should exclude Exchsrvr\Mailroot virtual server folder and some other folders in your antivirus settings, for more information:

If the mail still fails to delete, please stop SMTP service and try again. Thanks,
