Mails from Exchange 2007 are going to spam(VERY URGENT)
I have configured a mail server with exchange 2007 server. I can send and recive mails form other mail servers. But when i send mails to other servers it always ends up in spam. It doesn't go to the correct inbox. This is creating a big problem in the companys' business. What shall I do? Does any one think i missed any configuration? Please Help. This is the e-mail header. Do you think it has a problem. After EHLO it shows the server name not the mail.Domain.X.et. If it is a problem how can i correct it. Hi, That should be the Reverse DNS issue, you need to correct the server name to mail.domain.x.net on the Send Connector. Open Send Connector, in the General tab, correct the attribute below Specify the FQDN this connector will provide in response to HELO or EHLO. Thanks AllenAllen Song
